Introduction of Organization: Association for Gender Awareness & Human Empowerment (AGAHE) is a national non-government organization (NGO) established in 2007 under the Societies Act, 1860 in Punjab with a vision to ‘create an enabling environment for vulnerable segments of society where they can utilize their full potential for improvement in their lives and have equal opportunities to safeguard their rights. Core thematic areas of AGAHE include Water, Sanitation & Hygiene, Health & Nutrition, Sustainable Livelihood, Governance, and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

AGAHE is implementing a project titled “Leaving No One Behind: Moving towards Immunizing Every Child” with the support Global alliance for vaccination and immunization (GAVI) To increase immunisation coverage among zero-dose and under immunised children in hard-to-reach and underserved communities in nine targeted districts of the Punjab province.

In order for Provision of Food & Catering Services required under project activity in District ( Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad & Rajanpur).  The Food & Catering Services are required as per need and below specifications. AGAHE is inviting qualified and experienced suppliers bid for the contract of supply of Food & Catering Services.

1. General Conditions

• This Invitation to Tender is issued under the procurement guidelines of AGAHE, in alignment with guidelines and applicable national laws.
• The tender process shall be fair, transparent, and open to all eligible vendors meeting the outlined criteria.

2. Eligibility of Bidders

• Only vendors legally registered under Pakistani law with valid NTN/GST numbers are eligible.
• Vendors must provide valid food safety and hygiene certifications from local health authorities.
• Legal compliance, capacity, track record, sample provision.
• Vendors blacklisted by any government or donor agency will not be considered.
• Cost-effectiveness, tax compliance, value for money.
• Adhere to labour, food safety, and fair-trade laws.
