CARE International in Pakistan is a leading humanitarian and development organization, working since 2005 across health, governance, education, and women’s economic empowerment.
Assignment Overview:
CARE Pakistan seeks experienced training firms/consultants to deliver capacity-building trainings for 8,000 home-chefs (80% women) under the Chef De Cuisine project. Trainings will focus on:

Business Growth & Marketing

Social Media Presence
-
Marketing Campaigns & Analytics
-
Digital Financial Literacy
-
Running a Business Online
-
Climate-sensitive business awareness
Scope of Work:
-
Develop training content (Urdu & English) tailored to home-chefs.
-
Conduct 160 two-day training sessions (50 participants per batch) across Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

Provide manuals, handouts, pre/post-tests, and session reports.
-
Manage logistics and ensure quality delivery.
Eligibility / Mandatory Criteria:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar assignments.
-
Evidence of previously developed training material.
-
Experience with INGOs/multilaterals.
-
At least 3 contracts worth USD 100,000 (or PKR equivalent) over last 5 years.
-
Experience delivering trainings in Punjab & Sindh.
-
Capacity for hybrid (online + in-person) training.
Evaluation Criteria:

Technical Proposal (70 marks)
-
Presentation (10 marks)
-
Financial Proposal (20 marks)
Note: Financial proposals must be in PKR, inclusive of all taxes, quoted on a per-beneficiary basis.

CARE reserves the right to award the contract to more than one firm to meet deadlines, ensure coverage, and maintain quality.

Poor-quality delivery will result in termination without payment, and award may pass to the next-ranked firm.
