CARE Pakistan is seeking a Deputy Team Lead Consultant for its AAWAZ-II programme: Inclusion, Accountability and Reducing Modern Slavery. This short-term consultancy will provide leadership and management support for project implementation in Sindh, with a focus on gender equality, social inclusion, and preventing harmful practices such as GBV and early child marriage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead AAWAZ-II project implementation and ensure compliance with donor requirements (FCDO-funded).

• Oversee project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

• Manage and support diverse teams, district partners, and community facilitators.

• Lead on community engagement, capacity building, and safeguarding mechanisms.

• Build partnerships with government, civil society, and key stakeholders.

• Ensure timely reporting, budget monitoring, and achievement of deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international development, gender studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in senior roles with INGOs/UN in managing complex social development projects.

• Proven expertise in gender-transformative programming, GBV prevention, and social inclusion.

• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

• Fluency in English, Urdu, and Sindhi is required.

Consultancy Duration: 3 months (starting immediately, ending December 31, 2025).
