Job Responsibilities

Internal to the organization

  • Improve the recruiting, on boarding, training and development areas and bring them on the lines of best practices adopted internationally. 
  • Always hire the A class team members, and make sure all the existing team members perform according to full capabilities. 
  • Constantly take innovative steps to improve the performance of the teams w.r.t quality, timely deliverable and global competitiveness. 

  • Ability to turn employees performances into scaling the business in terms of revenue and productivity. 

Product Development and Research

  • Work towards developing and improving products in Recruiting, HR management, community development.
  • Continuously working in carrying out research and salary surveys to be sellable in local and international markets. 

External

  • Executive Search and recruiting service
  • Improve the executive search service all the times to make sure company becomes leader in executive recruitment services in some specific domain and expertise. 
  • Ability to improve the success rate of the executive recruitment services.
  • Liaison with the External Human Resource departments during the executive search and recruiting services.
