Role Outline

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with the ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to organizational standards.

 Main Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of project activities.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maintain project flow and meet deadlines while controlling costs.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring that all project outputs meet required specifications, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively monitor their implementation to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and changes in scope.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements, including approvals, documentation, and audits.
• Track project expenditures, manage cost variances, and make necessary adjustments to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage changes to project scope and objectives, assess impact on timelines and budgets, and communicate decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, progress records, and change orders. Prepare structured project reports as required by management and stakeholders.

 Skill Set

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and handle financial complexities.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing projects of varying complexity.
• Ability to lead teams of various sizes and drive projects through to completion.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with budget planning and financial management.
• Industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
