Z.M.K. & Co. invites applications for the position of Admin & Finance Assistant for UNDP Pakistan’s “Rights-Based Community Stabilization Project” in Khyber.
Background
UNDP Pakistan’s Decentralization, Human Rights & Local Governance (DHL) Project is implementing the Rights-Based Community Stabilization Project to support community-based disengagement, skills building, psychosocial support, and linkages with local leaders and institutions. The project promotes resilience and inclusion through both individual and community-level interventions.
Purpose
To provide timely financial, administrative, and logistical support for project activities, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and effective use of resources.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and daily transaction documentation.

Ensure expenditures align with approved budgets and donor/organizational policies.
-
Process payments, invoices, work orders, and procurement-related documents.
-
Prepare and manage ICE and FACE forms; support monthly reconciliations and reporting.
-
Track expenditures against LoA and assist in financial progress reporting.
-
Coordinate vendor management, procurement processes, and service agreements.
-
Support inventory management and maintain records of project assets and supplies.
-
Handle logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and field activities.
-
Liaise with banks for reconciliations and ensure timely vendor and utility payments.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Management, or related field; OR
-
Bachelor’s degree with 1 additional year of relevant experience.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field within the public sector.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting procedures.
-
Experience managing logistics for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial applications.
-
Prior experience in donor-funded or development sector projects is an asset.
