Overview:

The Design & Knowledge Management Officer will provide professional design, documentation, and organization of the knowledge support to the organization. The role requires expert-level proficiency in graphics and layout designing in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, PowerPoint, MS Word related tools to produce visually engaging presentations, reports, briefs, and digital materials while ensuring effective management of institutional knowledge resources. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and templates.
• Assist in formatting and designing reports, briefs, and publications.
• Design digital and print materials for social media, meetings and events.
• Assist in publishing approved posts for social media accounts, ensuring proper SEO, captions, and hashtags for better visibility.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and reports.
• Manage a central repository of design templates, logos, and visual assets.
• Standardize document templates, file naming conventions, and metadata.
• Contribute in archiving and updating publications, presentations, datasets and other visual materials.
• Support documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives across departments. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or higher degree in Graphic Design, Computer Sciences, or related field
• Expert-level skills in PowerPoint, MS Word, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organization.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive for document management.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
