- Revival of Traditional Systems: Rehabilitation of Karez systems, including mother wells, underground tunnels, and surface outlets.
- Groundwater Recharge: Design of Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) structures such as check dams, delay action dams, infiltration galleries, percolation tanks, and injection wells.
- Watershed Management: Design of soil and water conservation structures like contour bunds, terracing, gully plugs, and small diversion weirs.
- Water Harvesting: Design of micro-catchments, farm ponds, and other rainwater harvesting structures.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ), cost estimates, technical specifications, and tender documents for the approved interventions.
- Ensure all designs incorporate climate resilience and disaster risk reduction principles, learning from the 2022 flood events.
- B. Implementation Support and Supervision:
- Provide technical oversight and day-to-day supervision of construction works carried out by contractors or communities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all pilot project activities, including pre- and post-construction data (e.g., photos, GPS points, water levels).
- Monitor the hydrological impact of interventions (e.g., changes in groundwater levels, increased spring flows) in collaboration with the monitoring team.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including technical aspects of implementation, challenges faced, and solutions adopted.
- Contribute to the documentation of lessons learned, best practices, and success stories for replication in other catchments within the Pishin Lora Basin and beyond.
