Qualification:

• Matriculation with 2 Years certificate in Fabrication

Experience:

• Minimum 08 years of relevant experience in well reputed machine shop, fertilizer, chemical or petrochemical industry. 

Skills:

• Candidate should have hands-on experience of all types of fabrication jobs practices in industry.
• Experienced and skilled Fabricator with 8 years of hands-on expertise in fabrication, assembly, and installation of piping systems, structural supports, and associated components in oil and gas facilities. Proven ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and ensure quality workmanship while adhering to industry safety standards.
• Team oriented, dependable, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced projects. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from piping isometrics, P&IDs, fabrication drawings, and blueprints.
• Fabricate and install piping systems including CS, SS materials as per project specifications.
• Perform cutting, grinding, beveling, threading, and fitting of pipes and structural components.
• Carry out layout and marketing activities using levels, measuring tools, and templates.
• Coordinate with welders and fitters to ensure accurate assembly and joint preparation.
• Ensure fabrication quality and dimensional accuracy using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Support hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and pre-commissioning activities as required.
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery such as cutting torches, pipe benders, and Diesel Engine and operated welding sets.
• Adhere to company HSE policies, use proper PPE, and participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Awareness of basic Rigging & Lifting, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work (PTW), H2S Awareness & Fire Safety.
