REQUEST FOR SEALED QUOTATION

Jhpiego is an International non-profit health organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University, USA. For more than 50 years and in over 150 countries, Jhpiego has worked to prevent the needless deaths of women and their families. Jhpiego is dedicated to improving the health of women and families in developing countries.

Jhpiego intends to call for submission of Sealed Quotation for supply of following items at Islamabad office. Please read below mentioned detailed description of items with detailed terms & conditions mentioned below before submission of your sealed quotation THROUGH REGISTERED COURIER SERVICES OR BY HAND ONLY. NO BID WILL BE EXCEPTED THROUGH EMAIL.

Terms & Conditions for submission of quotations:

1. Sealed Quotation must be submitted through registered courier services or By hand on company/organization’s original letterhead with date and stamp in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ number.
2. Quotation submitted through emailor late submissions will NOT be considered.
3. Delivery Deadline: 7 days from the date of Purchase Order (PO) issuance and required to be delivered at ICT, Lahore & AJK as per above mentioned detail.
4. 2% (Pay Order in favor of “Jhpiego Corporation (NTN: 3369214-9)” of total Quoted price earnest money is mandatory to be attached with offer.
5. NTN and RFQ Reference number should be mentioned on quotation.
6. Quotation validity must be 45 days from date of submission.
7. Complete description/specifications of the goods/services.
8. Unit price must be quoted separately for each item/service.
9. GST taxes must be mentioned separately item wise, if applicable.
10. Withholding tax will be deducted from invoice as per applicable tax law of Govt. of Pakistan
11. Rates must be quoted in local currency PKR.
12. Delivery time/schedule of supplies must be clearly specified.
13. Warranty must be specified clearly.
14. Jhpiego reserves the right to add/reduce quantities.
15. Payment will be made through S2B within 1 Month after delivery of items and submission of Invoice to Jhpiego Islamabad.
16. Jhpiego may split the order.
17. Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with or without assigning any reason.
18. Detail Terms & Condition of the Purchase Order are attached with this RFQ as Annex-A.
19. Sealed quotation should be submitted at address mentioned above by 3:00pm October 27, 2025.
