Position Objectives:

Perform data cleaning and ensure accurate entry of the data into Health Information using computer software and an online database |

Take necessary measures to ensure the quality of data |

Import, analysis, visualization of the data and draft reports |
|||||
5 |
Efficiently compile and manage data using a database management system and other digital tools to ensure organized and accessible data storage |
|||||

Field visits for data verification and monitoring |
|||||
7 |
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered into Health Information system by conducting regular quality checks. |

Collaborate with head office for collecting and quality-assuring routine data |

Ongoing data monitoring, producing reports as required for management decisions |

Carry out data quality assurance to ensure timely collection and reporting of quality data |

When relevant, actively provide feedback on needs or ways to improve data collection/ Health Information |

Responsible for ensuring data protection and confidentiality of data stored in the database |

Work closely with the data management team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of Health Information and data management processes |

Design and implementation of data reporting to support various levels of supervisors and managers in monitoring progress and improving program outcomes |

To set clear objectives and targets for data teams in the field to ensure that accurate data is collected and reported regularly |

Education |

BS (4 Years) or Master’s in computer science/IT/Software, Information Management, from a recognized Institute |
