Qualification:
- Graduate / Master in Finance, recognized from HEC.
Experience:
- Minimum 03 years of relevent post qualification experience.
Skills:
- Hands on experience of ERP system.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Payroll for fields including NMS (benefits, taxes and deductions etc.)
- Preparation of Tax Retrun on quarterly & annual basis.
- Preparation and distribution of Salary Tax Certificates to fields staff.
- Processing of PF loan, HR advances etc. of the fields staff.
- To maintain the JMS Club financial matters.
- Review of personal accounts and related adjustments, if required.
- To provide salary related data to JV's section Head Office.
- Allocation of salary & wages.
- Preparation of final settlement of fields staff including NMS.
