Job Description:

• Design and develop standardized data collection protocols and framework behind interactive dashboard(s) to facilitate systematic data collection and analysis
• Develop and design a range of data collection instruments, including questionnaires and survey tools, to be later converted into survey CTO modules and dashboards
• Consultation with key stakeholders to optimize data collection frameworks and processes
• Monitor and validate data collected through the central dashboard, ensuring consistency, completeness, and quality
• Supervise and coordinate the work of data collection teams, including trainers, provincial coordinators, Q&A Evaluators and grievance redressal mechanism (GRM) Team.
