Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:
- Ensure effective rollout of MSM and livelihood-related activities in the assigned district as per guideline.
- Assist in identification and mobilization of potential MSM beneficiaries and support them throughout the business development process.
- Maintain regular coordination with Coordinator District Livelihood officer for technical support and progress updates.
- Support beneficiaries in understanding training content, completing documentation, and accessing services such as markets, inputs, or financial institutions.
- Conduct follow-up visits to track progress and challenges of supported MSMEs and livelihood initiatives.
- Collect field data related to MSM and livelihoods activities using prescribed tools and formats.
- Maintain updated records of all district-level beneficiaries, trainings, and support provided.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress updates to the District Livelihood Officer
- Contribute to documentation of success stories, challenges, and lessons learned from the field.
Qualification & Experience
Master’s / Graduation degree with 2 years of relevant experience in livelihood interventions
Note: For all district based positions, the applicants from the respective districts will be given preference.
