Objective

Document the two-day Nation Insight Tour through professional photography and videography, culminating in a short compilation video that captures the energy, participation, and impact of the event.

Scope of Work

Day 1:

• Capture arrival, orientation, and guided tour of the XYZ
• Photograph and film interactions with gurst
• Document discussions, speeches, and engagement at the XYZ
• Capture candid moments, participant reflections, and overall atmosphere
• Record testimonials from trainees
• Record testimonials from guest
• Record testimonials from XYZ
• Record testimonials from Organization

Day 2: Pitch Fest

• Capture audience and trainees
• Document social enterprise presentations, audience reactions, and jury panel
• Capture keynote speakers, awards, and networking sessions
• Record testimonials from trainees
• Record testimonials from guest of honour
• Record testimonials from chief guest
• Record testimonials from organization CEO

Deliverables

1. Photography

• Minimum of 150 high-resolution, professionally edited photographs
• Balanced coverage of all venues, participants, and key moments
• Captioned and categorized by location and activity
• Ensure gender balance
• Ensure Organization and partner visibility

2. Videography:

• Full HD raw footage of all activities (minimum 1 hour of usable content)
• Interview clips (clean audio using mic)
• B-roll footage covering audience, venue, banners, branding, and candid shots

3. Compilation Video:

• One professionally edited 2–3 minute highlight video summarizing the two-day tour

Must include:

➔    Project branding

➔    animated intro/outro (branding guide will be provided)

➔    Background music (licensed or royalty-free)

➔    Accurate subtitles and speaker names/titles

➔    Footage from all 3 locations: AB&C

➔    Participant quotes and soundbites

Equipment Requirement

The consultant is required to use their own professional-grade equipment, including but not limited to:

• DSLR Camera
• Lenses suitable for event and portrait photography
• External microphones
• Tripods and lighting (as needed)

Timeline:

• Event Coverage: 9th July - 10th July 2025
• 1st draft of highlights video: 15th July 2025
• Final submission of draft of highlights video: 18th July 2025
• Final Submission of All Deliverables: 21st July 2025

Ownership and Usage Rights:

All visual content (photos and videos) produced under this assignment will be the property of Organization. The consultant may not use the material for personal or commercial purposes without prior written permission obtained by Organization.
