• Items will be auction on “AS IS AND WHERE IS BASIS”.
• Auction form, worth PKR 500/- can be obtained from International Rescue Committee office as per address given below during office hours (9:00 to 4:00 PM) from May 12 to May 16, 2025. All interested bidders can inspect the items being auctioned by visiting the IRC office.
• Sealed bids along with 5% bid security for quoted lot as lump-sum (refundable in case of non-successful) in shape of bank draft/pay order in favor of “International Rescue Committee” must be submitted at the address: Building No.02 Plot No. 270, Service Road Noth, I-9/3, Islamabad, by or before on May 16, 2025.
• Bid security shall be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within 07 days after bid opening.
• Successful bidders shall be required to pay all the applicable taxes. The balance of offered price shall be deposited within 7 (Seven) days after notification of award. In case of failure the offer shall be cancelled, and earnest money will be forfeited.
• Bids must be submitted only on "bids submission form" issued by Organization along with CNIC copy and bid security. Each bid form can be used for a single lot only.
• Bids will not be accepted/considered if overwritten / not clearly written or has missing information.                                                                               
• The International Rescue Committee reserves the rights to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof.
