Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support our technical teams with compelling content and campaigns. You’ll manage all facets of our digital and offline marketing—from SEO and website performance to social media, videography, and customer pitching.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Management

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and backlink strategies

  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics; implement continuous improvement tactics

• Website Management

  • Maintain and update service pages, case studies, and blog content

  • Optimize site performance (load times, mobile responsiveness) and run A/B tests

• Visual Content Coordination

  • Oversee on-site videography & photoshoots for plant tours, equipment demos, and client testimonials

  • Partner with photographers/videographers to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency

• Marketing Strategy Development

  • Craft integrated B2B campaigns (digital ads, email, print, events) aligned with business goals

  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and iterate based on performance data

• Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and grow follower communities

• Customer Pitching & Collateral

  • Develop persuasive pitch decks, RFP responses, case studies, and whitepapers

  • Collaborate with Sales to qualify leads and follow up on opportunities

• Design & Asset Creation

  • Produce infographics, brochures, email templates, social graphics, and banners in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)

  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines

• Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and segment mailing lists; write, schedule, and analyze targeted email campaigns

• Budgeting & Reporting

  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign spend

  • Generate and present monthly performance reports to leadership

Relevant Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technical services

• Proven track record in SEO, website CMS, and social media management

• Strong coordination experience with on-site videography and photoshoots

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical services into clear marketing messages

• Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email-marketing tools

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
