Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and driven fresh graduate to support our program development team. As a Program Development Intern, you'll play a key role in researching, designing, and implementing programs that align with our company's mission and goals.

 Key Responsibilities:

1-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies.

2-Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.

3. Assist in designing and developing programs, including creating program outlines, goals, and objectives.

4. Support the implementation of programs, including coordinating logistics, communicating with stakeholders, and evaluating program effectiveness.

5. Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

6. Assist in preparing reports and documentation to share program outcomes and lessons learned with stakeholders.

7.  Work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure program success.

Requirements:

1. Education: Fresh graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master, B.A)
     

 Skills:

    1. Excellent Writing Skill.

    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
