Project Coordinator

01 Position

The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for the overall implementation and compliance of the project, including effective planning, timely execution, efficient budget utilization, capacity building of the project team, timely reporting to partners/donors, and ensuring quality and accountability to stakeholders. The role includes managing government compliance, such as securing NOCs, meeting coordination, adhering to procurement rules, FATF, PCP requirements, and liaising with district-level authorities and security stakeholders. The project focuses on engaging youth in WASH, climate change, health, water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion.

Master’s degree in Rural Development, Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field from a HEC recognized university. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in national or international organizations. Prior experience with youth Leadership and engagement in WASH related project is an added advantage.

Project Manager

Position

The Project Manager (PM) is primarily responsible for all compliances of project such as effective planning, timely implementation, efficient use of budget, project team capacity building and facilitation, timely proactive response and reporting to the partner/donor and management, quality and accountability to

stakeholders. Another important feature of this position is to fulfil governmental compliance's for the project i.e. NOCs, reporting, meetings, procurement rules, FATF, PCP, coordination with district level administration and other security related stakeholders. The project focuses on Public Health, WASH, climate change, health, water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion.

Master’s degree in Rural Development, Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline from a HEC recognized university. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within national or international organizations. Experience in Public Health & WASH is advantageous.

Project Assistant

(Male/Female) Multan/Lodhran

Position

Project Assistant (PA) Position is the lead role to assist in implementation of the project. The PA will manage day to day activities of the project and will lead project team. The PA will be responsible for managing project activities, project budget and also coordinate with external stakeholders for smooth implementation of the project. Project Assistant will represent Organization in meetings with donor, government officials and other line agencies. Another important feature of this position is to fulfil governmental compliance's for the project.

 

Master’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field from a HEC recognized university. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within national or international organizations. Community mobilization experience and knowledge of WASH is preferred.

Women Social Mobilizer

01 Position

The Women Social Mobilizer (WSM) is responsible to facilitating the communities to become Self-reliant in pursuit of their common interests particularly Climate, Resilience, Inclusive & Sustainable Water Sanitation and Hygiene-Safe health care facilities. The major role of the Women Social Mobilizer (WSM) will be to raise the level of awareness of community on WASH. Women Social Mobilizer is to facilitate communities and achieve Open Defecation Free (ODF) environment and reduced risks adopting community led, SLTS and 3 Star and participation approaches. The role and responsibilities are around advocacy, information, education and communication by adopting different ways and means with the consultation of Project Manager.

 

B.A./B.Sc. or M.A./M.Sc. (preferably with a WASH or Public Health focus) from a HEC recognized university. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Engineer (Civil/ Associate)

01 Position

Engineer (Civil/Associate) is responsible to develop the most appropriate method and sequence of technical assistance for communities, the Public Health & WASH project team, and other concerned stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of Engineer sectors in Public Health & WASH project area; and ensure adherence to the set standards and modalities.

 

BS/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a HEC recognized university, with 3-5 years of experience in Public Health and WASH sectors.

Finance & Admin Officer

(Male/Female) 1 Multan/Lodhran

01 Position

The Finance & Admin Officer will ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, manage payments and payroll, prepare financial reports for partners/donors, and liaise with banks. The role also includes supporting internal and external audits in coordination with the Manager Accounts. Honesty Integrity, transparency, and accountability are essential for this role.

B.Com/M.Com/MBA or equivalent from a HEC recognized university. 3-5 years of experience with good command of MS Office and Oracle-based financial software.

Senior Accounts & Admin Officer

The role also includes supporting internal and external audits in coordination with the Manager Accounts. Honesty Integrity, transparency, and accountability are essential for this role.

B. Com preferably M. Com/MBA or equivalent from a HEC recognized university. 5-7 years of experience with good command of MS Office and Oracle-based financial software, accounts management, audits, financial compliance management & knowledge about up to dated financial laws.
