Qualification Requirements	Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in data collection software such as Survey CTO, KOBO etc. Must have experience with data analysis tools like STATA and SPSS. Excellent interpersonal and communications (oral and written) skills Willing to travel, if required Resident of Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Job description	Associates in Development is looking for Data Management and CAPI Specialists to assist in ongoing and upcoming projects. Development of CAPI enumeration software and associated database and dashboard Data cleaning and validation of data received from the field; Developing weekly progress reports/interim reports on data quality; Supporting data exporting and analysis; Perform field visits to carry out spot checks, if required; Assisting the Team Leader and project teams in timely delivery of project deliverables.
