Action Against Hunger invites you to submit a “QUOTATION” for a Framework Agreement for 1 year for the supply of the Shelter Kit and shelter repair toolkit(Balochistan, KP, and Sindh). Detail specifications are attached for your reference. Please ensure that your submitted quote includes all applicable taxes, transportation, and materials, as this will be for a one-year framework agreement.

Moreover, kindly specify the terms and conditions of payment. Action Against Hunger prefers payment upon completion of the delivery via cross cheque, after the deduction of all applicable taxes.

The RFQ should be filled out with complete terms and conditions, and all registration documents should be attached. Please ensure that all pages, including the ACF Terms and Conditions of Purchase, are properly stamped and signed.

Submit the RFQ in Excel format, along with a scanned, signed, and stamped copy on your company’s letterhead, before September 24, 2024, via email to [email protected], with [email protected] in cc.
