Objective:

• Create a vision / roadmap for Pakistan's Judiciary, focusing on digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Study and analyze IT vision documents and strategies implemented in similar judicial or governmental contexts.

• Develop a comprehensive IT vision document outlining short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and strategies for digital transformation within the Judiciary.

• Collaborate closely with IT experts, stakeholders, and senior Judiciary officials to gather insights and requirements for the vision document.

• Conduct workshops and presentations to solicit feedback and build consensus on the proposed vision.

• Ensure alignment of the vision document with broader judicial objectives and governmental policies.

• Monitor and evaluate progress towards achieving the vision, and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategic planning, with a focus on IT visioning and roadmap development, preferably within a judicial or governmental context.

• Deep understanding of digital transformation trends, IT governance frameworks, and emerging technologies relevant to the public sector.

• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices.

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
