We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional for the position of “Executive Assistant / Office Manager”. The role requires strong coordination skills, administrative discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Salary: 200k – 300k

Job description

  • Travel audit and budget management: Monitoring travel requests and ensuring alignment with budget and policy.
  • Expense review and budget control: Reviewing departmental expenses and supporting cost-control initiatives.
  • Vendor payment coordination: Assisting finance with vendor invoice verification and processing.
  • Support to IT team for asset management: Helping track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate records and allocations.
  • Gate pass issuance and tracking: Managing gate passes for visitors, vendors, and staff in coordination with security.
  • ISB office administration: Supporting data entry and office-related transactions.
  • Facilities management: Coordinating with facilities teams to ensure office upkeep and service delivery.
  • Support and coordination for Country Manager meetings: Preparing materials, scheduling, and handling logistics for leadership meetings.
  • General back-office support: Assisting with various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient internal operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in executive support, office administration, or operations coordination.

Strong command of MS Office applications

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
