Job Summary: The Naib Qasid provides general support services to the office or department, ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness, and handling administrative errands.

Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan, is looking for a competent Naib Qasid based at RHC Shagram, Upper-Chitral in Chitral Region. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver files, documents, and correspondence within and outside the office.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of office premises.
• Support staff with administrative errands, such as photocopying, postal duties, and office supply management.
• Attend to visitors, provide assistance, and guide them as needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Primary/Matric education
• Minimum 1-2 years, experience  in a similar office or hospital setting preferred. 
• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform errands efficiently and assist staff proactively.
• Results-driven, ethical and adaptable professional with a strong service and stakeholder focus.
• Strong integrity with the sensitivity to manage confidential information.
• Demonstrates superior organizational skills and the agility to multitask and assume changing strategic responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Possesses strong integrity, intellectual humility and demonstrable expertise in navigating ambiguity and constant change.
• Shows resilience, flexibility and perseverance, especially during challenging periods.
