Job Description:
Position Objective
A non-profit organization is seeking a Principal for an Education Project. To provide strategic and academic leadership that ensures high-quality education aligned with regulatory standards, fosters a positive learning environment, promotes student development and staff excellence, and drives effective school operations, community engagement, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Leadership
- Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum aligned with:
- Relevant Provincial Education Board.
- Ensure effective lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment practices.
- Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Lead teacher training, mentoring, and professional development programs.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies and integration of technology.
2. School Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily school operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with:
- Provincial Education Department regulations
- Child protection policies
- Health & safety standards
- Manage school timetable, staff duties, and academic calendar.
- Supervise admissions and student record maintenance.
3. Staff Management
- Supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
- Build a positive and collaborative school culture.
- Address disciplinary issues among staff professionally.
4. Student Development & Discipline
- Establish clear behavioral policies.
- Promote character building, Islamic values, civic responsibility, and social development.
- Handle student discipline matters fairly and consistently.
- Encourage co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
5. Parent & Community Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with parents through regular meetings.
- Address parent concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the school in community and educational forums.
- Develop partnerships with local organizations.
6. Financial & Strategic Oversight
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure cost-effective use of school resources.
- Contribute to school growth strategy, enrollment targets, and branding initiatives.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-campus role.
- May require extended hours during admissions or examination periods.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent having 05 years relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent having 05 years relevant experience
- B.Ed or professional teaching qualification (preferred).
- At least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
