Request for Sealed Quotations (RFQ)

Rental Space Required for Jhpiego Office in Islamabad

Location: Commercial Area of Islamabad

Overview:
We are requesting for sealed quotes/proposals for the space of approximately 1,500 -2,000 square feet covered area in commercial areas of Islamabad, which will be used primarily for office space. The building should be constructed with concrete and include the following specifications:

1. Space requirements:

• Approximately Size: Approximately 1,500 – 2,000 square feet covered area
• The building must make provision for goods and passengers lifts (if multi storey building)
• Water supply for washroom and kitchen facilities.

• Appropriate, safe and covered parking space for around 5-10 vehicles for staff.

• Separate Electricity & Gas Meters
• Separate Entry/Exit.

2. Execution Timeline:

• Expected Start Date: 15-March-2026.
• Duration: The Contract will be made for 1 year initially with possible continuation upon mutual consent of both the parties.

3. Cost:
We are expecting a quotation for hiring of space on cost per square feet basis inclusive of all taxes

4. Delivery of Sealed Quote:
We would appreciate receiving your quotation in a sealed envelope by 5:00pm of 02nd March 2026 at Jhpiego Islamabad Office.

5. Validity of Sealed Quote:
Validity of the sealed quotation must be at least 01 month.

Other Terms & Conditions for submission of Sealed Quotations:

1. Sealed Quotation must be submitted on company/organization’s original letterhead with date and stamp.
2. Quotations submitted through email and late submissions will not be considered.
3. NTN and RFP Reference number should be mentioned on quotation.
4. Proposal validity must be 01 Month.
5. Complete description/specifications of the goods/services (if applicable).
6. Unit price must be quoted separately for each item/service.
7. GST taxes must be mentioned separately item wise, (if applicable).
8. Withholding tax will be deducted from invoice as per applicable tax law of Govt. of Pakistan
9. Rates should be quoted in local currency.
10. Payment will be made as per payment schedule mentioned above through S2B within 30 days after submission of Invoice.
11. Incomplete or partial bidding is not allowed.
12. Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with or without assigning any reason.
13. Detail Terms & Condition of Purchase Order are attached with this RFQ.
14. Sealed Quotation should be submitted by hand or through courier at address mentioned above/below by COB March 02, 2026.
