Position Summary

The Logistics & Admin Officer will ensure efficient procurement, asset management, and administrative operations aligned with Punjab-based donor compliance requirements and organizational SOPs.

Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities

A. Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Prepare procurement plans aligned with project work plans.
  • Conduct vendor sourcing in local Punjab markets ensuring competitiveness.
  • Ensure procurement thresholds, quotations, and bid analysis compliance.

B. Fleet & Asset Management

  • Maintain asset registers (tagging, verification, disposal).
  • Manage vehicles, fuel logs, and maintenance schedules.

C. Administrative Operations

  • Oversee office management, utilities, and field logistics.
  • Facilitate training events, workshops, and community sessions logistics.

D. Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain complete procurement documentation for audits.
  • Support finance in verification and reconciliation.

  • Monthly procurement and logistics reports
  • Updated asset and inventory records
  • Audit-ready documentation

KPIs

  • % compliance with procurement SOPs (target: 100%)
  • Procurement cycle efficiency (within planned timelines)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Finance/Business/Commerce
  • 3–5 years of experience
