Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, coding, and maintaining our internal applications, including websites, ERP systems, and case management tools. The role includes documenting software functionality, ensuring system efficiency, and supporting all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review, and develop current and new in-house application requirements.

  • Design, develop, and improve applications and system workflows.

  • Execute full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

  • Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.

  • Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.

  • Integrate software components and third-party APIs into functional systems.

  • Develop verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

  • Maintain system documentation, including block diagrams, flow diagrams, and ERDs.

  • Prepare user guides and training manuals for internal applications.

  • Deploy, tailor, and optimize software tools and development processes.

  • Ensure compliance with project plans, security policies, and industry standards.

  • Conduct controlled and real-environment testing before production deployment.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance in-house applications and databases.

Requirements & Core Competencies

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in software development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with PHP frameworks (Yii and Laravel) and MVC architecture.

  • Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, jQuery, Ajax, and API consumption.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.

  • Experience in WordPress theme customization, plugin management, and security best practices.

  • Knowledge of integration between multiple applications (CMS, ERP, third-party systems).

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

  • Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL / PostgreSQL, including query optimization.

  • Experience in system documentation and diagramming (block diagrams, flow diagrams, ERDs).

  • Knowledge of application deployment from development to production environments.

  • Familiarity with report generation and data exports (PDF, Excel, dashboards).

  • Prior experience handling multiple production systems is essential.
