INVITATION TO BID

Pak Mission Society (a company licensed under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017) is a national humanitarian organization working for the wellbeing of communities in Pakistan, is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested PEC Licence Contractor (Category C5&C6) & General Order suppliers to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):

All the goods are for a humanitarian project name “Waste for Value” an intervention supported by Donor i.e. Norwegian Church Aid (NCA)

All goods are to be delivered in our Islamabad Chak Shahzad Office - Pakistan 

The offered prices shall be quoted in PKR only.

The evaluation criteria will be based on a weighted scoring system, comprising 60% for technical evaluation and 40% for financial (price) evaluation.

All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 23^rd February 2026 on or before 5 PM. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing [email protected] up to 23^rd February 2026 before 5pm.

Tender Will be open on 24th February 2026 at 11:00am at Pak Mission Society Field Office Farm No C-17. Street No. 1, Poultry and Vegetables Scheme Chak Shahzad Farms Islamabad. Tenderers and their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

The successful tenderer shall place a 5% Performance Guarantee upon signing the Contract.

At the time of tender opening, it is mandatory for vendors to submit product samples along with the tender documents. All submitted samples must be clearly stamped and signed by the vendor for verification purposes.

Vendors are required to submit a tender security equivalent to 2.5% of the quoted amount at the time of tender document submission. The tender security should be made in favor of Pak Mission Society (NTN: 3673174).

Tender documents will be available from 27^th January 2026 till 20^th  February 2026 during business hours. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) against the communities we serve. It is the responsibility of everyone associated with us to uphold this policy. All selected vendors will undergo rigorous background checks regarding any past behaviour related to (SEA).
