ACT International invites reputable and financially sound insurance companies to submit their proposal/quotation for Group Health and Life Insurance coverage for ACT International staff and eligible dependents for the policy period 01 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.
Please find attached the Request for Proposal (RFP) – ACT/RFP/2026/HLI-001, which provides details of the required coverage, terms, conditions, and submission requirements.

Important Note: Each insurance company may nominate/authorize only one representative to approach ACT International and submit a proposal for this RFP. If multiple representatives from the same insurance company approach the organization or submit proposals, the respective insurance company will be automatically disqualified from the process.
Late submissions may not be considered.
