Job Purpose:

Lead and remain accountable for the overall educational, operational, people and financial performance of READ Foundation's regional school and college network in Bhimber. Drive school improvement, enrolment, retention, financial sustainability, Tarbiyah and responsible growth. Lead regional teams to achieve approved performance targets, ensure compliance, and exercise delegated authority with clear reporting and accountability to the delegated authority.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Regional Leadership & Performance: Lead overall regional educational, operational and financial performance through approved plans, measurable KPIs, school improvement initiatives and accountability for results.

•  Educational Quality & Development: Drive SLO-based teaching, literacy, numeracy, Tarbiyah, STEAM, digital learning and continuous school improvement in coordination with specialist teams.

•  Enrolment, Growth & Sustainability: Achieve approved enrolment and retention targets, reduce dropout, improve school viability and lead responsible regional expansion, including infrastructure assessments and approved innovations.

•  Financial & Operational Management: Oversee budgets, fee recovery, arrears, cost efficiency, financial controls, school administration, asset management, safe facilities, regulatory compliance and operational readiness.

•  People Leadership: Lead, coach and evaluate regional teams, strengthen staff capabilities, address performance gaps and ensure measurable results and accountability.

•  Stakeholder Engagement & Institutional Development: Strengthen parent engagement, community relationships and local partnerships; lead fundraising initiatives through Taleem Dost to support educational access, institutional development and sustainable growth.

•  Governance, Reporting & Decision-Making: Monitor regional KPIs through verified school data, field reviews and SMS reporting; ensure safeguarding referrals and risk management, implement corrective actions, exercise delegated authority, coordinate with relevant divisions and escalate performance issues and decisions requiring approval to the delegated authority.

Qualifications & Experience:

•  Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, or a related discipline.

•  8–10 years of progressive experience in educational management.

Knowledge/Skills:

•  Strategic planning, educational and school leadership.

•  People development, coaching and change management.

•  Financial oversight, operational compliance and risk management.

•  Data-led decision-making, SMS reporting and coordination.
