A national non-profit organization is inviting applications from eligible candidates for a short-term position as an ‘iCCM Program and Data Officer’ in Lakki Marwat and Bannu, on a contract basis for a donor-funded program. The contract will end on 31 December 2026.

Scope of the job:

The role involves leading the complete implementation of the Integrated Community Case Management (iCCM) initiative in District Bannu and Lakki Marwat, and providing comprehensive programmatic, logistical, and administrative support to district and provincial teams. This includes collecting, verifying, and maintaining data from selected project activity areas; monitoring and supervising project activities in the field; liaising with relevant stakeholders; and ensuring timely reporting. The position also requires effectively managing all iCCM-related information and ensuring that accurate data is consistently maintained on computer systems and properly archived.

Job Description:

  1. Support district-level implementation and coordination of iCCM expansion activities with the relevant stakeholders.
  2. Support CHW mapping, deployment records, and related documentation.
  3. Coordinate with LHS/Focal Persons, CHWs, reporting health facilities, and district teams.
  4. Support CHW training, orientation, and follow-up activities.
  5. Support the compilation and review of CHWs’ monthly reports at the reporting health facility for timely submission and reporting through DHIS2.
  6. Support DHIS2 data entry, data quality checks, and reporting.
  7. Maintain district-level program, training, and reporting records.
  8. Track key program indicators and support follow-up on identified gaps.
  9. Submit regular updates to the district/Provincial iCCM team.
  10. Provide supplies to the field workers when and where required
  11. Conduct field visit for attending monthly meetings
  12. Draft letters and take meeting minutes and share with the relevant district and office.
  13. Follow the reporting guidelines and submit accurate reports
  14. Arrange meetings, workshops, training courses, monitoring visits etc., including logistical support and coordination with vendors, raising Request for Purchase etc.
  15. Ensure accurate, reviewed & verified expenses are submitted within the specified timeline to the provincial office
  16. Perform all other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Education and Knowledge:

  1. Masters in Management or Social or Health Sciences or Public Health or Epidemiology and Biostatistics. 
  2. Computer literacy
  3. Written and oral proficiency in English
  4. Knowledge of local languages, and culture

Work Experience:

A minimum of two years’ experience with any national or international organization.

Preference will be given to candidate who have recently worked in donor-based, humanitarian set ups, and to local candidates. Females are encouraged to apply.
