Community Development and Capacity Building Expert
A humanitarian organization, under its donor-funded project aims to provide agriculture assistance to the flood affected communities of District Buner, KP, is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates.
Qualification
Master degree in Social Sciences with 03 years’ experience in agriculture based projects
Experience
-
Lead community mobilization and engagement activities for agriculture projects.

Conduct community needs assessments and identify capacity-building needs.

Develop and deliver training for farmers, community groups, and local stakeholders.

Strengthen farmer groups, community organizations, and local leadership.

Promote participation, inclusion, and ownership of agriculture interventions.

Facilitate awareness on improved and sustainable agricultural practices.

Conduct capacity-building activities and prepare brief reports and documentation.
